Lemur CATTA Charity License

I, Mike Lee, hereby claim sole and exclusive rights to all intellectual property contained in Lemur CATTA, including:

1) The idea of testing intelligence and comprehension as a barrier for feedback, including, but not limited to, blog comments;
2) The implementation of that idea, including source code, questions, and other original material.

You may make use of all or part of this property by:

1) Using the name Lemur CATTA, even if you use your own implementation.
2) Including this license in some reasonable way.
3) Donating money to the Madagascar Fauna Group, http://www.savethelemur.org

If you are using Lemur CATTA for your own use, including the protection of a commercial website, you must make a reasonable one-time donation.

If you are creating a commercial enterprise that uses Lemur CATTA itself as a means to make money, you must donate 10% of all profit attributable to Lemur CATTA.

If there is some complication in meeting the terms of this license, such a Lemur CATTA being one service offered in a suite of services, you agree to be make a fair and reasonable determination as to the amount of your donation.

If you get some kind of tax write-off for making a charitable donation, that's yours. Pat yourself on the back.

This license is not exclusive, and does not bar me or anyone else from also using Lemur CATTA, provided they also meet the terms of this license.

If you make changes or improvements to the project, it would be nice, though not required, if you would make those available to others.

Where this very loosely worded license leaves room for judgment, let common sense and altruism rule the day.

In general, save the lemurs, and be cool.
